"These guys cannot get an order correct to save their life. Out of the 3 times I've been here not once has my order been complete."
"Ordered a medium caramel frappe with extra caramel only. Had to repeat my order twice. Paid then went to the second window where Salvador instructed me to pull to the next window for my order. Waited 15 minutes... pulled around to the drive thru and the person taking my order didn't know who the manager was or who was even working that pulled me forward. I parked and walked inside to ask for the manager... no apology, just "if I knew, you wouldn't have waited this long. " that was stated by the manager Deya as I asked her to write that on my refund receipt, because apparently you are not able to do a refund and receive the order you paid and waited for. It's very disturbing to have people in positions that are incapable of customer service and satisfaction. I definitely understand policy but as a courtesy for the incompetent behavior... there should have been compensation and an apology. If I could give 0 stars... it would be negative! There were zero cars ahead of me and zero behind me. No excuses."
"Had to wait 15 min and it took 10 min to get to there. It was a mistake going to that McDonald's. The best one is on sheilds, they have your stuff ready when you get there and no mistakes. I will never go to this one again. The whole point of ordering online is to not have to wait.... especially when I only ordered one 10pcs chicken nuggets meal.."
"so I recently just ordered from this McDonald’s location and I most deff should have stuck with my go 2 location I always go with but I was in a hurry so I went with this location and IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE 0/10 service the worker who took my order was so rude when I asked a question he barely responded and closed the window in my face , my sweet tea taste like water downed sewer, my fries was cold 0/10 everything I wouldn’t recommend it was like they didn’t even care about my sauces neither I DONT RECOMMEND I will be contacting cooperate if necessary. Also my food was cold within 10 mins WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!"
"I door dashed an order due to my vehicle being totaled…. This is my second time this McDonald’s has messed up my order. I ordered a double quarter pounder (call me fat idgaf) lol and it was just a single. I payed for a double and that’s the point here. I then call to speak to a manager and they said the manager only speaks Spanish. This McDonald is never any good."
