"The cashier/server did an amazing job and was so nice and quick! There wasn’t that many people working but you couldn’t tell because of how hard they worked! Food and service great! The only issue was the place was a little run down just a little sprucing would make the place better!"

"The food is always really good! So let's say that first and foremost. Also the place was really clean! Although kitchen lighting did not seem to be all working. They were way way way under staffed...2 people working the Saturday lunch shift. That is just sad scheduling (as the woman behind the counter pointed out) it was backed up and stayed backed up. I was the only person standing in line and was waiting for over 10 min to order. That is crazy. The woman working behind the counter was not particularly kind and did not lead to a good customer service interaction. However to her credit it sounded like she had not gotten much sleep at all due to her work schedule and she was in an impossible seeming situation because they were the only 2 people to be scheduled for the lunch rush and the previous shift had not cleaned up well before change over. I asked her why they were so backed up, hence why I know this. The bright side is that waiting so long let to the perfect burger tasting even better. I probably wont be going back for a while though."
