Pizza Hut

"Understand that punctuality only applies to the customer. Arrived 2 mins after they closed, and understandably the doors were locked. I called to inform the store that I had arrived for my online order. The gentleman answered the phone saying “thank you for calling Pizza Hut, we are closed.” I informed him that I was picking up my online order. He then informed me that he had canceled the order. COOL. When a delivery is late, it’s no problem, because I understand that things happen. I don’t get upset at the delivery driver, or staff. Things happen. When a customer arrives 2 mins late, they cancel your order and talk to you passive aggressively on the phone. Sucks that a business can lose patronage due to the lack of critical thinking, but I guess this is the world we live in."

"Not bad to feed a family for $20. Pizza is always fresh. They cook to your preference (I like mine a little crispy). Friendly service and overall one of my favorite go-to places to eat."

"I ordered 3 large pizzas and tipped before the order was dine. When I received the order I asked if I could please have parmessan cheese packets he said use the one on the table cheese shakers. Because each packet is $1.00 without exaggeration. Took the pizzas and they weren't the best. Wish I would have listed to my kid and got Eagle one pizza where there $8 per large pizza unlimited toppings. Never will pizza hut have my buisness again."

"Great dining in experience. They were fast, super sweet. They brought our food to us and took our places after. Was like a restaurant instead of a fast food pizza place. They gave us ice cups for our drink also. Place is clean and pretty. Great location. Good time."

"I ordered a pizza for delivery online. It says for delivery & gives the estimated time of 35 minutes. I called & the guy says the app changed it to carry out & its sitting there. It's been an hour. He said ok that will be $5 extra and it'll be out in 30 minutes. So now it's been sitting 1 1/2 hours for my extra $5. I think they should have delivered it for free at this point. He said we can remake it. So it's even longer. I'm sure it'll be great but I suggest you call or go in person. Normally I pick it up but I couldn't tonight. If it's excellent & worth it: I'll let y'all know. PS... the young man on the phone was courteous & says they are used to being the punching bag for the app messing up. So y'all be nice. So: the pizza got here. It's not remade. It supposed to be double pepperoni. There are entire pieces with no pepperoni on them. I'm taking it back in person."
