"Johnnies Charcoal Broiler is unquestionably the best burger in OKC, some might say the planet. Nowhere else can you get a blend of flavors that Johnnies produces. The burgers are great, well done fries are fantastic. Eating at Johnnies will take you back to the good ole days after a victory on the field at PCAA or the Y. If you want to taste victory eat at Johnnies you will not be disappointed."

"Staff was nice but kinda hard of hearing being that I asked for mayonnaise on the side after telling them how I wanted the burger made yet they assume somehow that I would like mustard and other condiments added to it that I didn't ask for when I was ordering. Common Sense probably would have played a big part and making this order. If you tell someone everything you want on a burger Plus tell them what you want on the side I'd say it's safe to assume they don't want any other condiments like mustard which is disgusting put on the sandwich. I don't know I'm no expert on the matter but I am an expert on following direction and that's something they could maybe work on in the future."

"Overview: 3/5 I wish Yelp allowed 3.5 because that’s what I would have given as the rating this place. It was OK Ambiance : 4/5 Lots of tables for both large and small parties. A clean and spacious floor plan. It had a separate area for private parties which is nice. Food/Drink 3/5 I got a cheeseburger and the homemade onions rings The burger had a good charbroiled flavor. However I felt the bun to meat patty ratio was imbalanced. Too much bread to burger. Also I totally didn’t get the cheese not being melted… apparently it was a “option” for ordering. The onion rings were not greasy and had a good crunch. They did need a bit of salt though. The soda machine didn’t work so that was a bit frustrating Service : 3/5 It was fine you order and they call your name once the order is done. Conclusion : It was OK not sure I’d put it on a top food places.. Other burger joints to try before I would return."

"This is my first stop every time I visit OK. I could eat their onion rings for every meal! My favorite burger was always the chili cheeseburger, but the one I got last week had an unusual taste and I couldn't eat the entire thing. Not sure what happened. But the service and onion rings were amazing as usual!"

"It was… alright. The Caesar burger was certainly unique, but we did wish the patties were thicker. They get drowned in sauce and buns. Fries were mid, I’d pick the onion rings over fries. Workers were all really friendly! But I wouldn’t put this place above any other burger place necessarily."
