Papa Johns Pizza

"I love pizza!! And I'm usually not that particular about where I get it but when it comes to Papa J, I always must pick them over anyone else. They can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the quality and satisfaction. I love 'em, no question. Good pizza, good ingredients... And a satisfied belly."

"Came in to get a large pep pizza xra pep. What we got was a burned hard As a rock thin crust pizza that even my dog refused to eat. When I called the store to see if maybe they accidentally made a thin crust I was met with hostility. The "manager" only wanted to argue that she made the pizza, she knows it was perfect. She finally agreed to remake the pizza towards the end of the call. But, advised me it would still taste the same. When I asked for cooperates number, she advised as they are a franchise location, I can not call cooperate. * So I hung up and immediately called cooperate. They informed me that was a lie. And apologized about the experience. And said a manager will be calling me back within 24 hours. It is also worth noting that b4 this experience.. I always had a pleasant experience at this location. This "manager" is just not a good chef. And apparently not good with customers. ** update ** I have ordered from this location multiple times since this incident. No issues since them. Food has been great, service has been great. ~changing from 1 star review to 4 star review."

"Ordered February 4, 2024 at 730pm. The delivery driver was super nice but when we had to call the store to pay with my card the lady was extremely rude! And overcharged me. I'm not sure if she put in a tip for the driver or what but I was overcharged and was not informed of it. The sales receipt does not reflect the charged amount. I will not be going back to Papa johns, they used to be good when they was the pizza of the NFL but now they are garbage."

"Ordered the pepperoni rolls. They use to be amazing. Now they are drenched in sauce. If I would have known I wouldn’t have ordered them. Soggy nasty chunks of pizza is what I got. And when I called of course the manager wasn’t available. I just wanted to know if this was a mess up or if this is how they come now and couldn’t get to even ask the question. I 100% won’t be back!"

"1. called to check hours of operation before i ordered, and was told they closed at 12am, completed an online order, at 1030pm, which was canceled by papa Johns after waiting an hour and I decided to check order status. 2. Sent my pizza to someone else's address. 3. The employees that work here at night mess around and take customers' food as a joke as well as customer service. 4. Ill share some pictures of pizza that we have been delivered, and instead of putting the pizza on the chair on the porch, the driver sat it down on the porch. I NOW ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT OR DOMINOS IF I WANT TO ORDER PIZZA AND NOT MAKE MY OWN. THESE PICTURES SHARED IS HOW WE RECIEVED THE PIZZAS AND THE GARLIC SAUCES OPEN AND SPILLED ALL OVER THE BOX"
