"To the manager who I was trying to help get your employees' attention to open the lobby door earlier today: Infantilizing me and speaking to me like some sort of dog saying "Oh, you don't have to bang on my door like that. They'll open it and we'll get you some tacos." wasn't necessary as I was doing absolutely nothing other than trying to help you."
"Food is good here but the manager that works here is disrespectful and does not know how to talk to customers do not know his name but he is a old white guy I talked too who I think is a manager basically refused to remake my order when I told him my order from before was not fresh and I showed him my receipt he threw the receipt back in my face and forced me to leave good food here but the man needs to leave!"
"Did drive through so can't speak on cleanliness. But what I can say is the staff was super fun and helpful in the drive thru. Order moved quickly and I got exactly what I asked for. The price was super fair and the portions were just right. Thank you for representing the brand well."

"This has happened every time I try here, they always get it wrong and always fill it with lettuce instead of anything else I ask for. I order 2 soft tacos with meet, cheese, and sour cream yet there was no sour cream. It tasted as mayo and was disgusting. I have never been so disappointed. Whoever made this needs to go back to training."
