"As a Dasher, it’s quite annoying that I go to pick up an order for a small order of wings, a personal pan, pizza and three ranch sauces without a damn bag. As I was walking to my car, One of the ranches fell, and I ended up stepping on it, and it splattered all over me and my truck!!! A little courtesy goes a long way. It’s not that hard to put small items in a bag for a customer!!! Do better, Pizza Hut"

"Firstly I will say Pizza Hut is my favorite of all the big chains and have many memories going in to eat as a kid in the 90s. So when we decided to come in for dinner at Pizza Hut it was a rare novelty that I was looking forward to all night. Very unprofessional service from the manager. Told they were incredibly busy and going to run out of products again like the night before. Almost as if to deter us from ordering food.. Politely asked if they still could make a certain favorite pizza of mine and was told her cooks wouldn't be doing that. Assumed we wanted our pizza to go when we wanted a dine in experience. Sadly this experience was not one for the books. P.S. where's the pepperoni? That being said, the food came out hot and very delicious lol. Just would like to be treated better. Must've been an off night"
