"Customer service was unprofessional. The girl slammed the drive thru window in my friend's face, sounded entirely illiterate and loud the whole time through the window and all, and while my friend waited for 15 minutes for a simple wing meal, they were chasing each other around the lobby. Somehow ran out of fries, probably because of abysmal management, and when they subbed Mac n cheese, gave us this pitiful portion. Avoid this Popeyes. Not worth dealing with bottom of the barrel employees."
"If I could get zero stars I would. Went there a couple months ago. Went in and the gap toothed black woman told me it was card only( like I wouldn’t be able to pay with a card) and I said I had a card and she seemed upset she had to wait on me. Graving Popeyes again so I went thru the drive thru and the got almost every wrong so I went to get it fixed and the same woman acted like it was my fault. Terrible attitude. And the camel’s back broke was the worst service ever at a fast food restaurant. Lousy customer service. Lousy food. I don’t condone firing people but she needs to go."
"First time here, customer service was bleh. Food service was decent but fries were forgotten. . Second time, Customer service is bad. Wait time is extremely long even though there was 1 person in front of me. Ordered my food at 7:04 online. Got here at 7:10 and was told to pull to the side. 7:30 comes along and I call to check the status of my food and she tells me “they’re just now making it”……"
"They were so nice to my son's asked if they like apples sauce for their kids meals. I can tell that they are trying to make this place much better now. Nice and clean even the bathroom."
"Just left the store two hours ago so many nice people with smiles on there face. It's nice to see people that love there job because I don't want to cook all the time so I stop here every other day because I love the chicken and my kids do too. You can tell the store is changing clean but for me it looks like for the best the people are so so much nicer and helpful to each other. LOVE THAT CHICKEN FORM POPEYES .WILL COME BACK."
