"From Dr. Goff and Stacey Lytle, to the check in desk, Zeke and Jessica in pre-op, my nurse Jessie and the anesthesiologist Dr. Fuller, and my post op nurses (one was Brian and I can’t remember the other sweet nurse’s name unfortunately)-this whole process was so smooth. They were so kind and caring, they went above and beyond through the whole process. It never felt clinical, they took time to talk to me and check in on me throughout everything. 11/10 recommend using Mercy."

"Everyone please be nice to these god sent people! They deserve the best because they give you their best! I am still in shock with how well i was taken care of! I can not even find the right words to explain my experience with the ER staff and anyone else i had interactions with yesterday. i have absolutely nothing bad to say at all. I received the best care ive ever had my entire life! They were super busy but still took the TIME to actually listen to me and not just rush me. I didnt just feel like a number i actually felt cared for. Everyone was so compassionate, i always feel like a burden when i have to go to the E.R. thus is the first place i didnt feel that way. "My family has used Mercy for years but will be looking for new providers. I suggest you have a chat with Radiology Consultants and their shady billing practices. Judging by their reviews online, it's standard practice for them. There is no way to speak to anyone at Radiology Consultants because apparently the only thing that exceeds their greed is their cowardice. It would be nice to get a bill before they send it to collections. They also had the wrong address for us. I don't know why since the the information came from Mercy and we have never had trouble getting mail from you. We were sent to collections for a $12.84 bill we never received and our insurance didn't even process until the end of December. Have never had anything sent to collection in my life. I tried getting in touch with Mercy via the contact page but got no response."
