"Ordered and paid for extra cherries in a Route 44 cherry limeade. I received 2 cherries. When I asked them about it, they said that you only get one cherry per drink and extra is one more......What? A child's drink should not be the same as an XL. Bigger drink = more fruit. Will choose a different venue for a drink. (Go to YouTube and watch the customer service video "Give Them the Pickle") You lose customers over a few pieces of fruit in a very competitive market."
"Finally found a Sonic that's actually pretty good. That was definitely a good burger. Food was hot and cherry limeade was on point. Fast and friendly service. Awesome job Sonic."
"I go to this location and normally everything is great. However, this time, I decided to try the grilled cheeseburger--which was definitely a mistake. It came with an obscene amount of mustard. Mustard is good in small amounts. The customer can always add more later but it's hard to take it off. I know it's hard right now because every restaurant is short-staffed, but come on."
