"I’ve ordered from here a couple of times and each time my order is out for delivery for 45minutes-1hour. The food arrives lukewarm, often crushed, and my order wrong. It’s still decent for chain pizza but still pretty disappointing."

"My order was not made correctly and I called on 12/16/2023 at 1857hrs, the Mustang Oklahoma store and they stated that they were a franchise and they have nothing to do with online pizza hut and that they don’t have to honor anything as there not affiliated with Pizza Hut online. This individual was nasty over the phone and argued with me and talked over me and even yelled at a customer when all I wanted was to remake the pizza correctly. So much for customer service!"
"The pizza is good and delivery is usually fast but this location has a problem not following or possibly even reading it's special requests like cutting your pizza into squares, this last order they didnt bother to bring the marinara for cheese sticks I ordered for delivery and when I called them whoever it was I spoke to said "oh we won't send a delivery driver just for sauce I'm sorry" Well if you'd have sent it in the first place we wouldn't have an issue. If I wanted to come the store for the sauce you forgot to bring I wouldn't have paid an extra 5 bucks to deliver it to my house. Not a very happy customer at the moment."
"Terrible expirence!! Ordered online to carryout. Stood at the counter for over five minutes without ever being acknowledged. When I was able to be acknowledged, the staff member said she thought I was the guy who had ordered before me. I told her my name and that I have a carryout, She said it would be five more minutes so I was patient. She handed me my pizza a few minutes later and I drove 15 min to home. I opened the box and discovered it was not my pizza. Drove back 15 min and attempted to call multiple times to have the pizza done when I arrived. No one answered the phone and once I got there I was more upset. They had a line of three people who were not receiving service. I waited for 5 minutes with no movement from the line and said forget this. Left the incorrect pizza on their bar and went home. Ordered a Supreme and got a sausage."
