"Came down with some awful virus that made me feel like a truck hit me. I don't live in Shattuck but work in the area often. I was thankful the hospital was near by. ER staff was friendly and communicative and got me on my way to feeling better. Proof that you can find good care in small towns too."
"The ER staff was very impatient with my elderly grandma, and were very rude. They couldn’t help my grandma, definitely not coming back here."
"Terrible phone service. Shuffle you from person to person, no one answers. My wife's info was used here and they apparently accept whatever ID is presented and don't bother/care to check anything. Bill away!!! I don't pay off scammers."
"Terrible hospital DO NOT go there we were going to have our baby there my wife is 38 weeks pregnant they told her that they will no longer be doing surgery or delivery and said she needed to find a place we had a lot if problems finding another doc because she has to have a c section finally may have found one 3 hrs away and can't get this hospital to fax medical records called 4 times in a day no response the baby is due in 3 weeks"
