"The melts are nothing like the commercial. Expected meaty fold over like a pan supreme. We ordered meat lovers and a chicken bacon. Hardly any meat. No bacon to be found. Very disappointing. Store is dirty most times when we visit. Staff behind counter seem clueless. One nice young man has been there twice. Rest are rather rude. Won’t order these again. Believe the commercial is false advertising. Not what you get. Marinara sauce was watered down also. Not good."
