"This pharmacy is awful. I got a phone call about a recall on my minor child's medication. So I called to ask what this was regarding and what needs to be done. Unfortunately, the staff member couldn't tell me what medication had been recalled. They also can't keep my medication in stock, nor can they tell me when it will be in stock. I feel like the only reason they don't care to help myself or my minor child is for their 30-minute lunch break. The main pharmacist got on the phone to yell me she can call me back after the meal break. I find this unacceptable. We are talking about a minor child who's medication has been recalled. I will be reporting this instance. Do better... care for your patients. We literally make sure you are employed."
