"Maurices used to be super cute with their clothes. I used to be able to go in, try a lot of stuff on, and walk out with bags. Now, I don’t even leave with a single item. The clothes look like old people type of clothes. Nobody wants that. I don’t know if there’s a different manager ordering these clothes, but they need to actually think, look, and see why there’s a lot of pieces still on the rack."
"I have always had a great customer experience in this store until my last visit on 5/12/23. I was the only customer in the store and there were 3 employees at the register plus one putting stock on the shelves. I was never asked if I needed help finding something. I was never assisted with a dressing room even after my arms were full of items I planned to try on. The employees at the register carried on a high spirited and loud conversation the entire time I was there. I heard enough to know it was not work related. Once I was ready to try on all the items I had carried around with me for 15 minutes, I asked the young lady who was stocking shelves if I could try on my items. She told me to take any room that was not occupied. This young lady checked me out when I was ready while the other 3 continued their conversation as if I didn't exist. As I was leaving I asked if there was a way for me to contact a manager and discuss my customer experience. I was instructed to use the survey on my receipt. I will NEVER go back to this store. Very Sad"

"Went in looking for a specific top, which isn't in season, but wasnt successful. However, a nice casual backpack/purse caught my eye Along with a few other items that were actually on clearance!! Sara & Kylie are amazing and truly knowledgable on the latest trends!! Great to have associates at a retail store that are sincerely helpful and welcoming!! Thank you Sara for all your opinions and assistance, and kylie, thanks girl, for allowing me to remain 'undecided' while at the counter, without feeling as if I were being rushed! The others should watch you as you both put your Customer Service & Communication Skills in action!!"
