"Buyer Beware! Getting more involved in my 80 yr. old Mother's financial matters after my Father's passing. When I found out what she was being charged preparing a simple tax return I was shocked and appalled. When I went to move the business they held my Mother's tax records until I paid the ransom/invoice. Return was never filed. They alleged the work was mostly completed. Asked for a copy, of which I couldn't obtain. In my opinion, it sure appears their business model preys on elderley people. Sad. Evidently I have to give a least one star to allow my post as much as they don't deserve it."
