"I To begin with, the Tammy's at JHT have been doing my taxes since 2005. Back then my return was complicated. I tried Turbo Tax and H&R Block but Tammy was the only one that gave me suggestions pointers on my annuities and business options and saved me over $1k.. Now I'm retired so my portfolio is much simpler, they still check on me. A couple years ago I misplaced a w-2 and the called and asked me if I still had that income . I did , found it and saved a bunch of penalties. I figure it pays me to have them do my taxes. Oh and by the way I'm a retired railroaded which is different."
"When I last had my taxes done, I came in 2 weeks after dropping off my paperwork and they still haven't touched it. Then Tammy had the audacity to be rude with me and offered for be to take my taxes elsewhere. Not professional. I have been a customer here for over 10 years... Not anymore!"
"Tami the owner is phenomenal. She truly went the extra mile this year to help me get all the deductions possible and make sure my info was all correct. Although we both weren't happy with the amount of tax I have to pay, she went full throttle reviewing the last 5 years of my returns and even checked with corporate office to verify all current tax return info was correct. She continues to keep me informed of any new changes or deductions so I get the full benefit of my tax return. I really like this office. The ladies are exceptional making you feel part of the family. Julie their receptionist is top notch and very personable making you feel at home."
"Have got our taxes done here for the past 2 years now and we have been happy. Tammy the owner is very nice and helpful. She has owned the franchise for awhile and knows what she is doing. Yes the ladies there are a bit laid back but not in a rude or disrespectful way. Plus they stay there all day and evening sometimes so I would expect they eat there ect. They have done all our work right and been very friendly and helpful in our tax prep.!"
