"I will never use this company again. I had them replace my AC unit a couple years ago while I was out of town. I keep finding things wrong with the install. I am going to need to have another HVAC company come in and fix there issues. They put the whole condenser unit in backwards from the previous unit. They also covered up the humidifier and I have to take the unit apart to change filters. If you are thinking of calling them just pass. They take short cuts."

"They work on trailers, which not many do, so that was awesome. Turned out my furnace was in bad shape and dangerous. Michael showed me the problems and explained everything. I had a bad home warranty co. And he went out of his way to help me and helped with financing. Very respectful young man. He had his team out the next day to change out my furnace. And they were all very nice and respectful too. Even told me of another problem I had under my trailer that I had no idea was there. "We had our furnace serviced by a large company and was told it would be very dangerous to run. After being given the whole sales tactic we decided to go through our home warranty to get a second opinion and we are so glad we did. Our home warranty matched us with Comfort Advisors and it was a blessing! Although our warranty did not cover repairs/replacement we are happy they guided us to Comfort advisors. Michael explained everything in depth. He confirmed that it would be recommended not to run our furnace. He went over our options of different types of furnaces and packages to choose from. No big sales tactic, he was upfront and honest about everything. Got us a great deal on a new furnace and it was installed 2 days later! "Sadly needed to get a new HVAC System, Michael Bland conducted the inspection and quote and he was wonderful and responsive to all the questions that I had during the process. The pricing was transparent and if needed financing was a breeze. Two days later a great team of three showed up and completed the installation of a new heat pump. The team was professional, prompt, and completed the install with great attention to detail. They left the house better than when they came in and once arrived I was put completely at ease.
