"Online appt request was simple. Availability dates were convenient. Staff was kind, sincere, professional, and gentle with my dog. The waiting area was welcoming and clean. It was our first time here and we felt comfortable. Even my dog was relaxed not anxious. Laura was wonderful and very informative. Dr. Gissler was caring and answered all my questions clearly. "11/17/23 ——-We had another excellent experience with Tender Care Animal Hospital. Here is my 5-Star review - - The staff and doctors are always professional and caring for both you and your pet. I know and I am confident that Gunner is being treated by the best. Since we now have an empty nest, he most certainly brings love to my wife and I. I tend to worry about Gunner because he is family to us. I appreciate Tender Care Animal Hospital for their kindness as well as all the patience that they show me even with all my questions. I can’t say enough good stuff about them other then they are excellent and treat us exceptionally no matter what staff person we see. I would not trust any other group of doctors. They remember our dogs name and each time I go there they are all really nice to our nervous little family member and try to keep him relaxed. I have had to call after hours in 2 occasions and each time I had an actual Vet call me back to tell me what to look for and figure out if I should bring him in for emergency help. It makes both my wife and I very happy and reassured that if our little dog needs help that they are just a call or email away. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Tender Care Animal Hospital to anyone with a new puppy or other pets to use them for all their needs. It will allow you to have peace of mind about your pets health."
