"They came out to light pilots for me. Without telling me, they took off the motor blower from my furnace and told me it was bad and being December, I guess they assumed it had to be fixed so when he walked up from the basement carrying it, I asked him how much that would cost to fix & he said he didn’t know because the office handles the billing. He got it fixed and working fine that day but I didn’t get the invoice for 2 weeks and wasn’t expecting an $800 expense, especially during the holidays. Maybe next time, ask before removing the part and maybe give an estimate before doing the repair? That is how it is supposed to work."

"On Oct 22, 2023, I had to trim off my water heater because I was fumigating my house. I turned the water heater back after a couple of hours and I have hot water. As the days went on my hot water slowly began to run cold and by Wednesday I had no hot water. I went to see if I had turned on the pilot light but I couldn’t find where I can see the flame, so I turned it off and called my Dad to see if he could find the pilot light window and if he can turn it on.on Thursday my Dad came up from Chadron to look at my hot water heater. Dad tried but the pilot wouldn’t light and the button would get stuck. Dad then called a plumbing company to see if they can come by and see what the issue was that we couldn’t figure out. However they do not work on water heaters fr trailers. So I called this company and asked if they do hot water heaters for trailers. Once they said they did I tried ,but poorly, explaining that I have no hot water and me and my dad looked at it to see if we can turn it on and that my dad thinks it might be the pilot light or the thermostat, the lady I was talking to said that I would be put on a list and that they would send service out once they have some availability. Yesterday, I get a call that I need to put down a deposit because they haven’t been to my place before. I don’t understand why. I get that if it’s for a safety thing or something but just for the fact that they haven’t been here sounds sketchy. Edit: They came and turned on my water heater. The mechanic was very descriptive of what was happening and how we can avoid this in the future. I still think that they should have a better reason for the $100 deposit other than they haven’t been to a certain place before, but that’s just me."

"Gave me a quote, charged me double, didnt finish everything they quoted for, and the work they did was very poor! Used black electronic tape to attach new plumbing to wall, and the 2 clamps they used to attach new plumbing to the ceiling lasted a couple of days. (They said it would be in the attic) When I called to ask why my bill was twice as much as the quote, the receptionist said she would have someone else call me back. Never happened!"

"Their service is decently fast and very good quality work. My wife and I recently bought a trailer home that needed a lot of work. They showed up the day after we called them and it only took them half an hour to get the water attached and running. The service guy even stayed after he finished to double check our water heater and make sure there were no extra leaks. I would recommend them to anyone in the Alliance area that need a plumber."
