"The massage I received was top notch however I will never come back because of your tipping policy. I left a tip for the student not for the company and she didn’t get it! I don’t even think that’s legal. I will find out from the attorney general when I make a report you are misleading people into tipping. This is such a dirty policy I will be informing all my clients not to go there. I own a hair salon. Shame on you for misleading your customers and stealing from the students. I’ll be leaving more reviews on more sites so I can warn as many people as possible."
"I absolutely enjoyed my massage from Meredith M. She was very kind, warm and welcoming. She was very tentative throughout the entire experience. I would definitely book with her again! Buyer beware- Students are not allowed to accept cash tips. I was asked upon checking out (NOT by Meredith -whom I love!) l if I wanted to leave a tip, OF COURSE my response was yes. After taking the cash the blond paper pirate informs me students aren't allowed to accept cash and that instead it goes into a scholarship fund. I found it unprofessional to ASK FOR A TIP and then after closing the drawer informing me where my money is going. I was tipping based on the service I received as an extra for the person who massaged me. I feel it would be a WISE business practice to have this posted at the counter, or inform clients beforehand. NOW that I know, I will definitely be avoiding Geppeto herself."
