Region I - Office of Human Development - Area II

Region I - Office of Human Development - Area II is a dedicated institution located at 1618 19th Avenue in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Since 1973, we have been providing residential, community, and vocational services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Nebraska Panhandle. Our Administrative Office is situated at 2603 Circle Drive in Scottsbluff, with service locations in Chadron, Alliance, Sidney, and Scottsbluff.

Our mission is to assist individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in leading fulfilling lives within their communities. Our team offers a wide range of training and support services, including access to healthcare, transportation, recreational activities, employment assistance, and more. We strive to help individuals of all ages reach their fullest potential and become active members of their communities.
