When I went back, even though they have an all sales final on clippers, they were very helpful in getting it exchanged since they could see it had been used. "So i went to this store because this morning i put to much blonde in my hair and it turn orange! The lady that helped me was very nice but when i got home it was the wrong color! So i tried calling the store disconnect!!! So i drove back to the store and another Lady helped but she really did not know anything about hair color really!!! You work at a beauty place!! All she said was you can pick a different color i told her is it going to help get the orange out she's like i think so!! Im sorry but i will never go back there no wonder all the stores are closing."
