"I truly would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We lived in this complex for 5 years and continually watched its management go from bad to worse. There is not enough parking and the spots are TINY so people have to park 4 inches from the next car to park. When we first moved in we were given a price for the apartment but when the rent came due it was $100 more a month than we had agreed to. We constantly had water leaking through our ceiling in various places, it took the drywall disintegrating from the dripping to get them to not just drywall mud over it. Then they didn’t cover the hole up for 2 months, when they did it looked awful. The hallways alone are so dirty and unkept by the complex we were ashamed to have friends over. There was a booger smeared on the wall in the hallway that stayed there for 4 of the years we lived there. Dog pee and puke on the stairs that would stay there for months. The furnace room wasn’t up to code. One time we went 1.5 weeks without a toilet until they got it fixed. They would charge us late fees for rent when we dropped the check off 3 days before it was due. We begged for them to tear out a wall with mold on it and fix it but they simply “wiped it off” when we moved out we found it was bleeding through to the room next doors wall with mold and the property manager wiped it off with her hand stating “we will wipe this off before the next people move in.” Not only is it a fight to keep the place a decent place to live, but truly a health hazard. I’m concerned for those that live in the apartment after us."

"We have lived here for almost two years. I give it a high rating because I've seen a significant improvement with the maintenance techs and the office staff is great. I do feel that the apartments are way overpriced because of how dated they are, however they seem to be making improvements and are quick to help... hopefully updates will be made in the apartments that need them. If that happens, this would be a perfect place to live, great area."

"DO NOT APPLY. We wasted our time and money and I don’t recommend doing the same. We went on a tour and applied the same day. During the tour we were mislead about several things. We were told our deposit would be $200 and after spending $220 on our application, they told us our deposit would be a full months rent. They also lied about the price of our monthly rent. They take the deposit out of your account before you even sign a lease with them and will not refund you if you decide not to sign. It was an easy decision deciding not to live here!"

"If I could give them a 0 I would. We went there to tour then ended up applying, we were told 2-3 times our application occupant fee of $35 was non-refundable but the $150 fee for the application was refundable. However, now they are saying it is ONLY refundable if we were denied. Not only did they misinform us and blame it on us, but also try to turn the tables and make us feel like we were lying about what we got told. The hallways smell incredibly BAD, mind you, people are allowed to SMOKE anywhere on the buildings as long as it isn't inside their homes, it smells like cigars and weed. The apartments are waaayy too small for the price, not even luxury apartments yet they want to charge like they are. You can find something much better for a lot cheaper with a better smell and people who actually know their policies and information."

"DO NOT COME HERE. The day I moved in, I couldn't get into the building, called, and had to wait 10 minutes to have someone help me, after that, I couldn't even get into my apartment. I was told that I had to "put it in a special way and there's a trick to getting it open." The carpet had been cleaned and that was about it. Windows were broken, lights burnt out, the maintenance closet ceiling was falling down and you could see the installation just to name a few things, of the 50 plus things we reported. There was is black mold everywhere in one of the bathrooms. There are no security cameras, you pay for a secured access building that is never locked. It is common to have your vehicle broken into. If you just need a place to sleep then this place would work. Be prepared to get talked down to with any problem you report. The package center is nice and the maintenance guy named David is great."
