If this is indicative of the type of responsiveness you can expect living there, then it’s definitely not a place you’d want to live."

"My daughter has lived at Telegraph Flats for one year now. It has been the best decision we've made since her attending UNL. It is clean, modern, secure, and the garage has been an extra plus to this property. Besides the apartment being wonderful, our contact representative Terra Gehrig has been exceptional. Any situation we have inquired about, she has responded with our needs being the main focus. Recently we had to make the decision to extend our lease due to a graduation date change and Terra has made it easy and effortlessly. I highly recommend Telegraph Flats and will miss it, and Terra, when it's time to leave."

"Check the dates on the reviews!!!! Loved it at first but if you’re thinking of renting in 2023, or later, the managment has changed so much I loved about this place that if I weren’t already here, I wouldn’t move here and I’m looking to leave. Lots of people are moving out. 5 out of 11 of first floor my neighbors in the last 30 days alone!!! I have a real estate agent so I can be next. If you have a dog be especially BEWARE!! The reduced size of the dog area is too small for the amount of dogs so most times can’t use it because someone else is in it. Yes, a line for the dog potty. They seem to be filling up the vacancies of the professional adult mass exodus with college students who the university pays for (sports program kids). And for the price we pay, near ZERO amenities. No community room. A joke of a gym. A joke of an outdoor “patio”. No pool. So much bait and switch and their answer when asked is literally, you don’t like it, leave. Can not recommend. Such a shame."

"Telegraph Flats screams luxurious Urban Living. It provides a Modern-Industrial vibe with a welcoming atmosphere for all to enjoy. I currently reside in a Live/Work Loft. It's the perfect living situation as I'm working from home. With FREE high speed ALLO Internet, I never have to worry about my internet connection dropping. Outdoor parking is provided, also a wonderful amenity. Indoor Parking garage is available as well for an additionally monthly fee. Tons of local businesses near by to shop, grab a bite to eat, or to grab a drink. WONDERFUL LOCATION with AWESOME Property Managers! I can't wait to watch The Telegraph District grow."
