"Lived here for 2 yrs and didn't have any issues. Very well managed apartments and the maintainance response was fast. But after moving out didn't get any communication from the management about my downpayment refund. Can someone let me know what happened?"
"I have to say this apartment complex management is one of the best I have experienced. I have never had any issues, there was a plumbing problem that was between my apartment and the apartment below and they notified me about work needing to be done. The office is always open for packages during the week and the staff is stellar. Never had any noise issues from neighbors, and the main part of the complex was always clean. The shared floor laundry was almost always easy to use (not too many people versus the single washer and dryer). I have been a tenant for 2 years and it’s been fantastic!"
"The people at this complex are amazing. The neighbors are nice. The staff in the leasing office are helpful, and the maintenance crew are quick and efficient in fixing anything thats been broken. The apartments are cozy, and I love the absolute to personalize my space by having the complex staff painting specific walls for me before I ever moved in."
"Because of my crazy life the past few years I have had to live in several different apartment complexes in various states. Embassy Park is far and away the best experience I have had! Apartments are have solid floor plans and are very reasonably priced and you really get a big bang for buck. The staff is great and answer any questions quickly as are the maintenance folks. "We absolutely loved living here. We lived here for almost 4 years and never had an issue. The management has always been great to work with, very responsive with any questions we had. If anything broke or we had an issue it was fixed very fast. The apartment area is kept looking nice and well maintained. The community is great, very close to stores, walking/bike trails, and a safe area."
