"This is my first apartment experience in Nebraska and I am very impressed. The leasing office/staff is very friendly and helpful. Terrance and Lynn from maintenance are exceptional as well. It doesn’t matter the time of the call or what order I might be putting in, they answer very promptly ; one time was even close to 11 at night and it was super cold during this years snow storms. They’re very well mannered and great with kids and animals too. So far so good!"

"Grounds always clean, hallways too. I’ve been doing HVAC for them for years, they never complain about prices, always willing to put in new equipment. I lived here several years ago, and it was nice 20 years ago, they still strive to make improvements on the property in every way! Great company to deal with!"
"I have lived at Ruskin Place Apartments for over 4 years. The staff has always been so kind and helpful. Any time I have a maintenance issue it is resolved within a day or two. They have also been very attentive to tenants concerns and suggestions of the property. There have been countless upgrades to the property while I've lived here to keep the place looking nice and providing upgraded amenities to its residents. Even with continual updates, my rent has stayed reasonable compared to surrounding properties and I don't see a reason I'll need to move out unless I can maybe buy a home someday. I can't say enough how grateful I am for all they do for our community."
