"I lived at North Pointe Villas for 4 years, moved between two villas, and had a wonderful experience. The amenities (2 gyms, 2 pools!) are great and always clean. The maintenance and office teams are the best! They were always available if I ever had any issues and would respond/fix things right away. I am grateful for such a positive experience and would recommend this complex to anyone."
"One of my favorite things about North Pointe Villas is the friendly attitude and quick communication provided by the staff. I have never lived at a place where they communicate so well about events and things to be aware about in the property as well as prioritizing residents needs and wants from maintenance requests to larger events they put on. The amenities on property are great and would recommend others to come join the NorthPointe community!"
"Apartments are nice, most tenants are younger and nice. Maintenance guys are all nice. The reason I’m leaving 1 star is due to hardly ever having hot water. Maintenance and leasing office say they are working on a fix but it’s been going on for a year now. They like to claim these are “luxury” but never having hot water isn’t very luxurious. Oh and most of the front office girls are fake and really don’t have much of a clue what they are doing or talking about."
"I am very disappointed in this apartment complex. My son was a tentant there for 5 years while in graduate school for his Master's and PhD. When he graduated and gave the office notice that he was moving...and even a little before that. They changed management. They hired the bottom of the barrel to work in the office. They gave him so much hell in the last couple of months. And added all sorts of made up fees. This is a person who has always been on time with his rent for 5 years. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex."
"I'm very happy with the apartment and the grounds surrounding it. Both are very clean and maintained well. The gift basket filled with treats and cleaning supplies was a nice touch. I spoke with a maintenance employee who urged me to report any problems that may occur. I moved from Northridge Heights to the villas and it is a huge upgrade. Looking forward to using the pools and the fitness centers that are available. So far, so good."
