"My advice would be to stay far away. Things are regularly broken, maitenence staff takes days to show up even for emergencies. They don't bother to plow the snow on the sidewalks behind my building and just let it pile up. There is regularly screaming children tearing through the halls, or weed smoke, the back door is left propped open every single day. I've had to fight them about turning on the air conditioning multiple times a year every year and the fire alarm in the building will have a minimum of two false alarms every year. Sometimes as many as 5. There has been active construction for over a year that I've had to work through from home and despite all of things things the rent goes up every single year. Don't come here. Update: it hit 70 degrees today. It was above 65 for 5 hours. I saw the Forcast, I knew what was about to happen. I called the office multiple times and begged them to turn on my AC so I could try and head it off before it got I to the 80s in here again. They said they would talk to the maitnenece staff. Multiple times. They said they would send them over, they promised me a call back. None of these thing happened. Maitnenece was in my apartment twice today, messing with the air con replacing filters and doing a check on it. I asked them to turn it on directly. Never happened. It's now 80 degrees I my apartment at 2 am while I fail to sleep and my poor dog panting so hard Im afraid hes gonna have heatstroke. I called the number like they asked me too in the replies. Nothing was done. Don't. Come here."

"Fine place to live. Our apartment had working appliances, quite a large living space, and was cheaper than other comparable complexes. Maintenance was pretty quick in our experience. Supposedly the new clubhouse/workout room/pool area is pretty nice. (Was barely completed when we moved out) However, the office staff, though friendly, is not very knowledgeable. There are too few managers who actually know what is going on, and they are always unavailable/"very busy" when I call. Unfortunately, we had to break our lease, and it's been like pulling teeth getting any information about the process, which has been extremely stressful. I received no communication from anyone at the office after we signed our intent to move out. I've had to chase them down and still have not gotten satisfactory answers to my questions."

"I have lived here for more than 8 years, and I have watched it go downhill. The manager is either lazy, doesn't give a damn, or is spread too thin. I recently asked that a sidewalk to the clubhouse be cleared of snow. I was having a hip replaced and would be using a walker. The sidewalk should have already been cleared! More than a week after asking and nearly a week after surgery, the sidewalk is still not clear. Once you sign the lease and give them money, you no longer matter. The leasing agents try to help, or tell you they will, but there's no follow-through."

"Do not move here! Several of our appliances were not working properly, and the appliances are SO old. The AC constantly needs fixed. The maintenance team is very fast to fix problems though, which is the only reason this didn't get a flat 1☆. There have been live and dead mice in the dumpsters stuck to snap traps. A dead opossum in front of the dumpster. Weight limit for dogs is 35 lbs if you live on 2nd or 3rd floor. Do they think larger dogs are going to fall through the floor?! It's ridiculous. Mosquitos are EVERYWHERE when it's their time of year, you can't even walk to your car without getting eaten alive once they come out. Want to sit on your patio? Forget about it. Better be buying a dozen citronella candles. The second I take our dog out at night, the dog and myself were literally getting swarmed by them. It's unsafe for all the babies and kids I see outside too. Mosquitos carry so many diseases. But they won't treat for them because it's a protected marsh land. Well, if it's protected, why is there an apartment complex sitting on it? Leasing office has a couple very nice reps, but also a particularly snarky one that I hate discussing matters with. We have only lived here for a few months, but will NOT be renewing our lease. They wouldn't give us our key fob to access the clubhouse (where the mail room is) because it's currently being renovated. So we can't even get our mail unless it's during business hours. Some people work jobs during those hours to live at this overpriced place, but we still need our mail too. If you arent on the 3rd floor, you will hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. The hallways smell like dog urine. Not impressed in the slightest. Don't curse yourself with getting trapped in this complex, you will regret it."

"Okay, I don't like to complain but here goes. When we were signing up, we were told which apartment was the one and it wasn't. It was not the corner one we were told. Next, we wanted a first-floor apartment but those didn't exist as we were told on our moving date. I have a hard time with stairs and there are a lot of them. Next, we paid for a garage and still haven't received it. I have emailed them and no response yet. We were told that there was no fireplace but upon signing the lease I was told there is one. I have 2 cats and worry about them messing with it or being harmed by it. Had several things broken but they have been fixed so far. I wonder how they change furnace filters and the like. I have more but I will digress for now. Also, just had my truck towed from a handicapped spot with the permit showing on the dash by the management without anyone even looking at the vehicle from management. Even the two-truck driver did not want to tow it, but it was insisted on by management. Run from this place. if they can't even treat handicapped people correctly then they are not ones to be trusted. This place has increased my depression two-fold since move-in day."
