"Century House was a home for four years and I still miss this place. The location is perfect next to Capitol and close to essentials such as Walgreens and Russmarket. The neighbors are very nice and quiet people. A nice gym and community room are located in the basement. Barb and Bob always react with a fast response to any minor fixes. You never wait long for something to be fixed. I recommend this place!"

"I was looking for a new apartment and was reading reviews that I found helpful, so I thought I should help out others too. I lived at the Century house for the the last six months of my grad degree in Lincoln. Long story short, I wish I had lived there the whole 2 1/2 yrs I was in Lincoln. Great place, great location (I think it's O.7 miles to campus). You can seriously ride a bike to UNL in 2-3 minutes if you catch all green lights. It's about a 15-20minute walk. The staff is really great. Your privacy is totally respected. Secure building. Elevator. The bottom two floors are actually all lawyers offices, so it's nice and clean. Granite tiled floor and walls in the enterance. I had a six month lease and i think it was about $500 rent. Only bill you pay is electric, which for me was about 20 in the winter, 50 in the summer, but I was keeping it 65 in the apartment when it was 115 during the summer in 2011! Another really convienient thing is that a bus stop is right in front when you don't wantt to walk or ride in the winter. Like the other person said, parking is like 50 a month, but you really can probably just park on the street easily. If your not worried about spending the extra money though, at least you'll always have a gauranteed spot. Also you're only 2 blocks from the Capital Building, which is a pretty cool view. I would live there again for sure!"
