There is still snow that is causing problems in our parking lot 2 weeks after the snow began to fall. Then they emailed us to register our cars instead of cleaning snow."

"During my time in Lincoln I lived in pretty much every apartment complex on the I80/Hwy 34 corridor, and this was the best in my opinion. Prices, people, location, and amenities. The garages have plenty of room for a vehicle plus storage and/or a workbench, the building layout is good with all apartments being in easy walking distance of the office/gym/pool, only 10 minutes to downtown and right near the interstate without as much traffic noise as other complexes, short walk to Highlands South Park which has sidewalk/trails all the way down to Southpointe, a gas station pretty much in the parking lot, 5 minutes from Fallbrook Super Saver, walking distance to Highlands restaurants, 5 minutes from Highlands and Fairways Golf Courses, I could go on and on. It’s really hard to beat. Any issues I had were resolved quickly too, and I always had great interactions with maintenance and office staff. The road around the complex can get a little long but it’s easy to navigate and doesn’t over-do it on the speed bumps. Highly recommend"
