Citron Apartments

"this place is very unprofessional. i put in an application in early december and then got approved. i then called every single day their office was open. after 8am and before 5pm. no answer. i’ve emailed multiple times. no answer. i’ve left voice messages. still no answer. then i call about a week ago and someone named Tony told me that there is a studio available and that i need to turn in my $100 money order for my 2 week hold. i called the day i was supposed to turn it in and was told by the new property manager, Patrice, mind you she had me call 3 times in one day because she couldn’t get into her own system? anyways she told me i have to pay another $35 for another application because mine expired. how come no one answered the phone to tell me that? update me on anything? how come i was told by Tony that i can come on that day and turn in my money order so it DOESN’T interfere with the 45 days. they are super unprofessional and do not know what they’re doing honestly. it’s sad that they’re messing with peoples life’s and don’t even know it nor care.. anyways this should be your LAST resort. (ps i have all the call logs, voice messages and emails i’ve left and still nothing.)"

"I lived at Citron for about 2 years in 2017-19 while in Omaha for work. It was called Warren House back then.I enjoyed living there before, yet the (current) management has really gone downhill. The girls in the office are ignorant and shady for as many times as they lied to me- twice very obviously. I will absolutely never go back to that slumlord outfit. They have put me out well over $1000 (in 3 weeks) because of their unprofessionalism. Also, forced me spend my Birthday and Thanksgiving, by myself, in a weekly motel due the situation they put me in... constant empty promises. I found a different place. At least I'll get to go home for Christmas. They're disgusting!"

"Honestly Citron isn’t as bad as you would think maintenance are actually really cool people. I’ve lived here a couple months and besides like two Plumbing issues I’ve had not to bad."

"They've been doing some upgrades. Parking lot has been resurfaced, new paint job on the exteriors of the buildings and they've fixed or replaced many of the garage doors. Pet waste stations have also been installed."

"How many times are they going to delete this review? Place is horrible. I lived there for 3 years, left because the office staff was horrible. The final straw was the office staff all went on vacation the last day rent was due. The next day they refused to remove the late charge- took my money and stiffed em. They tried to sue me and LOST. Now they delete all the bad reviews they get- because you know an apartment with no reviews is bad."
