"First moved in was great. Then quickly went downhill. Staff and maintenance wasn't great either. Went from getting stuff taken care of the same day to waiting weeks. Three years lived there and right at the end the finally fixed outside lights. Dealt with cockroaches and at first nothing was done from the property until actual Monarch stepped in. Now they are charging me bogus damage and extra fees. Why pay for a pet deposit then charge me pet cleaning? A broken window from when I moved in is being charged as well. Stay away and keep your money"

I have found the management to be very helpful and always really friendly, the maintenance crew is amazing and the property is always clean! I look forward to staying for several years more! "5 stars for one simple reason. We couldn’t have gotten a better service from Linda Duran she is a rock star and a life saver. She is very polite! Someone you can trust. Linda was always here for me and my family when we had questions and rough situations! Once we got installed in our new home! We had maintenance come over to fix just minor things and they did a very great job! Very polite. We want to say thanks to Sam and T.A for everything you did to our home. Very nice job! Keep up the great work!"
"5 stars from me for one simple reason…the leasing office staff. More specifically, Garrett. He is by far the most professional and dedicated leasing office staff members I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. He will make your whole move in process very easy and if you ever have any problems, just tell him and he’ll get it handled ASAP. I couldn’t ask for a better person than Garrett! As for the property itself, you can tell that things are changing for the better each day. So much work is being done to the property and it’s really starting to look amazing. This leasing office cares for their tenants and their property and it shows. Don’t count this place out based on any previous bad reviews. Give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed! Great job Garrett!"
