"Best part: The location/ price/ maintenance! Located close to almost anything and the price is better than many in the area. Their maintenance staff work really hard to complete work orders efficiently. Office staff communicates well. I love the doggy pitstop areas and the package delivery hub and most of all, the in-unit laundry! Worst part: The parking The parking is not ideal depending on which side of the complex you live. There are so so many unregistered/expired vehicles and vehicles that are blatantly incapacitated. If these vehicles were removed and held to the lease guidelines, there would be way more parking. Overall I made the right choice and appreciate them trying to give us a great place to live."

"What a horrible place to live, money hungry landlords who couldn't care less about the people who live there. My family member just moved into a new unit almost a month ago (she had a smaller apartment with Apple creek and did not have pests) and found bed bugs. When they called the office and had an inspection done, the specialist told them that they did not have an infestation and that it was in fact coming from another unit. When they spoke with the property managers they were told they have to pay the $1,200 bill (not including a place to stay for the 2 week treatment time or the missing work as she works from home.) the worst part is that since this is coming from another unit, they will more than likely find these within a couple months coming back. When they asked if they would be letting the units next to them know they did not confirm whether or not they would be following up with any neighbors. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this awful place."

"I have been in this complex for a short time but the truth is very good I had maintenance problems and in hours they fixed it, I love the club house there are very few places with the quality and cleanliness of this club house it is a dream come true for me we have a completely clean gym and with everything you need to get fitness. I love that I have a washer and dryer inside it is something very important if you have children. We reduce the appliances as new, very clean. The mailroom is very important since that secures your online purchases. The girls in the office are very friendly and attentive. And today I made some calls and they called me back that made me feel very good since it is not very common for them to return the calls back. They have an area for the puppies to play. I don’t have puppies, but if I had, I know that would be great. There are several places to sit and spend some time there are about two at least that I was there perfect for breakfast or in the afternoon to sit down to spend some time. I give my opinion a few times for this app but when I give it it’s because I really feel satisfied thank you very much Apple they are great and thank you for opening the club house on Sundays since it’s my only day off the only day I can really enjoy it"

"Management takes care of the place; the grounds are well maintained and the common areas are well kept. The apartments are tiny; they have nice specials to lure residents in however they take everything back at lease renewal. Even the small units have washer and dryer hookups; consider buying your own washer and dryer - they rent old units and overcharge. The repairs are done fast however they replace broken appliances with used appliances. If you expect newer appliances or freshly painted units, expect to pay a premium. Parking is usually ok however there have been plenty of occasions when the lots fill up towards the evening. Overall, it is a good temporary place in a nice part of town."

"I am a young girl in my twenties and am particular about where I live in a big city. This was the second apartment complex that I toured and I fell in love with the character the complex has. The layout is slightly different than other complexes due to the older building, especially if you live on the third floor with a staircase. Even though it's an older building I have had nothing to complain about, because everything has been updated (even with stainless steel appliances). The manager Lynn has also been so kind to me and is one of my favorite people! I was skeptical about living here after reading the poor reviews. I am glad I moved past that and decided to experience it myself. I have not experienced any of the dog barking bad reviews, but I know that could be a possibility since I was informed it's a dog friendly environment before I signed my contract. I also read poor reviews about the management and how they "look". Does it really matter how anyone looks as long as they are nice and provide you good service? On another review, I read that I would be pressed to write a glowing review. I have not been pressed at all and am writing this from my own experience. The car break in reviews that I read could happen anywhere in Omaha, as it did at my old complex. Friendly environment, but there are people that do stupid things out there! Tour this apartment and experience it yourself. I LOVE my cozy apartment."
