"My boyfriend wanted to get a tattoo done on Sunday March 10. He initially wanted to get it done at another shop but they didn’t have any walk-ins so I contacted Big O and they got him in, he sat with Derek and he was done very fast. We will both be going to Derek in the future for tattoos"
"Walked in for a consult, and was asked to make an appointment. The gal who took initial information and answered my questions was kind, relatable, and thorough. A month later when I came back to the appointment with the artist, he just asked for the reference pictures, told me to think about it for a few months, and brushed me off. The thing I wanted to do would require some planning, and he refused to mock up a stenciled or anything ahead of time. I waited a month for a consult only to be told to act like it's a walk-in, but later. I even offered a deposit. I have never had to work so hard to be sold something. I guess I have to look elsewhere. Such a shame."
