I've always been able to get in for an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and the relevant follow up after appointments (test results, scheduling additional appointments) is always timely. "The front desk staff would not tell us anything regarding our daughters bloodwork nor would the doctor call us back. We called for three days and they wanted us to schedule an appt to find out that everything came back normal. Why should I have to come in for an appt for something that a simple phone call would solve? Then we received a letter from the office saying they will no longer be seeing our children. So we get kicked out for no reason other than wanting to find out blood results that came back normal. Dr Bellamy himself has been a great doctor, but his staff could use a little more professionalism."

"We've been taking our kids to Dr Bellamy for 4 years. Always had a great experience and appreciated Dr. Bellamy and his approach to medicine. Recently my daughter had bloodwork done a 2nd time and the results were sent to the Dr's office. A week went by and we did not hear anything from our doctor on the results. I tried to call to see if there is anything we need to discuss or if they were normal. The front desk lady said somebody would call back, day went by and nobody called, my wife called the next day, the front desk lady claimed we needed to schedule an appt to find out the blood results. I called back the following day asking if we actually needed to come in or if the results were normal if we can just be told that over the phone. She argued for 30 minutes that the only way to find out ANY results would be through an appt. I get it if there was anything concerning but she would not say. In the end she spoke with Dr Bellamy and called us back, said the results were normal. But it took days of calling and asking and arguing with her. Then a month later we received a letter saying the Dr will no longer be seeing us. I take it over this issue over the phone. First of all, hire good staff that will not cause issues. Second of all I know there are laws that prohibit from withholding medical information from patients. Now I've tried calling for about a week to speak with Dr Bellamy and find out why they are kicking us out over nothing, but again nobody will call back. Dr Bellamy is a great doctor, but if you wish to deal with stress anytime you call the front desk, this is the place for you. They obviously do not care enough about their patients(or former patients) to even call back."

"Your front desk staff Joanne is very rude and I personable. Your staff should know what insurance carriers that you accept. And not tell the patient that they have to do their own research. The way I was spoken to was very unprofessional. I have done medical patient services and billing for several years and I know how she handled this call was telling me she surely doesn’t like her job."

"Absolutely the best (and I mean, best) doctors in the area. The nursing staff is courteous and remembers my name, my wife's name and all my children's names. As a bit of a nervous patient, they've always been calm and easy for me to deal with. They TAKE TIME and talk to their patients. I have recommended them to all my friends. My children are going there. I have family going there on my recommendation now. Need I say more?"
