"I'm very frustrated about Autumn Ridge, I am a patient there, and yesterday I was having a Menieres attack and I needed help with what medications that I had at home to take, and after the second call, someone dropped the ball,never got a call me back, I have had it with this clinic..Thank God my clinic I had been with for 30t years is taking me back. My Doctor there had retired,and Autumn Ridge was close to me and that's why I switched...I liked Erin Zelesky and PA Lou, but getting through to them is impossible...DISAPPOINTMENT"
"When I visited this clinic I filled out paperwork providing the usual information such as my current address. Despite this, they decided to use the address off my driver's license. Anyone who works in healthcare reception knows that drivers license addresses are wrong a lot of the time, and yet they sent my bills there with no other communication. Next thing I know, I'm getting calls from a collection agency about a bill I never received. This is day 1 information collecting guys, especially when I gave you the correct address the day I came in. I was able to pay the bill but that doesn't change being sent to collections for something I could've easily paid, it wasn't even that much."

"Don't go here. Dr. Waldman was very nice during the visit. However, he incorrectly coded my visit (I had worked out the coding for billing with the practice before the visit) costing me approximately $200. I requested coding review, but the doctor refused. Furthermore, the doctor delayed in contacting a third party until the start of my insurance cycle again, costing me even more money. The doctor also ignored our discussions and prescribed a service that I could not use."
