"Great company to work for! I can set my own schedule and have work/life balance. Any time that I have had a concern or complaint, it was addressed or corrected quickly. Most coworkers are positive, pleasant to work with, and willing to help or provide consultation when needed. HR and administrators respond to emails quickly. There is room to move up in the company if you desire more of a supervisory role. Salary is good compared to other BCBA jobs in the area. The company recently started providing free online CEU opportunities. The company plans fun social events a couple of times a year, and often provides small gifts/swag."
