"This office was a god send for my family, my daughter was born into the NICU, the the office I originally set her up with wouldn’t take her anymore. I called multiple locations and everyone refused me. I had to get my baby In immediately after bringing her home, the receptionist was so kind and helped me get my daughter a appointment the same day I called. Being my first child I was a wreck and scared about everything, we originally started with Dr Kock, and he was amazing with her! She was so tiny and I was so nervous to let anyone have her, he was patient with me and walked me threw all of my worries and fears and took the time to help me threw first time jitters. When my baby got covid, I called the office in a panic, the staff was so kind and quick to call me back, they talked to me over the phone on everything to do for her. Even when I called multiple times, total patients and kindness. I have never had a Dr. So quick to return calls and be so patient over the phone. Now that our daughter is getting older we requested a female Dr. And the office gave me no trouble, totally understanding! Dr Kock still stops in to say hello, makes it feel like we are family there! Kirsten is amazing too! She is patient with my panicked toddler and doesn’t push her out of her comfort. They totally allow me to be a helicopter mom! I can’t say enough good things about this office. From day one I was informed that if I refused to vaccinate my kiddo, I had to find a new office. Honestly it was so appreciated bc I knew I was safe bringing my baby there. I don’t want her around kids that don’t have their vaccines. I’m all about parents rights, but the safety of my child comes first, and they worry about every child’s safety."

"Children First Pediatrics was amazing in every way possible. We recently moved out of Lincoln and our biggest loss was not having Dr. Koch as our child's pediatrician anymore. He was so wonderful, knowledgeable and as first time parents always took the time to fully explain everything to us and answered any questions we had. We have not been able to find someone to replace him. He was so great we even considered driving an hour and a half to still have him be our son's pediatrician. Their office staff is great and anytime I called in with a question, I either was sent directly to a nurse or someone called me back within the hour. Their level of service is outstanding. I could not recommend them enough."

Doctor Applegate is always very thorough in answering any questions that we have, and the staff is very friendly and help to make going to the doctor a positive experience for the kiddos. The only negative thing is that we have to drive an hour since we live out of town, but for us it's worth it!"
