"I read in a previous review about being under-informed and overcharged for services. Had the exact same experience. Make sure you know much the services are going to be before your visit. Owner - Not sure if you see this update but i only left the reviewed after i called the office. Nothing that they can do. Said I should have looked at the pink sheet when i signed in....it had the codes and that i should have called my insurance first....IMO you should have told me it was going to cost $919 for 15 mins and i would had said no thank you and been on my way"
"Went in for some treatments and was signed up for some services that I was not made fully aware pertaining to long term shot treatment. I was billed for services that I was not fully informed on what they would entail. Paid the bill because I didn't want to get sent to collections, but ultimately signing someone up for services without fully disclosing what it entails? Not a great way to do business."
"The doctor did very little to explore the underlying reasons for my daughter's ongoing illnesses and only wanted to treat her allergy symptoms with medications. When I tried to call to cancel a follow-up visit, I could never get a human being to answer the phone. I would not recommend this office."
"My son has been seeing Dr. Razdon for years and she has truly been a life saver. We were able to identify his allergies and help him lead a normal life. He went from being sick every month to perfect attendance. She has shown that she cares for her patients."
"I was a patient at this office 6 years ago. It was a positive experience. I have returned to Nebraska with the same allergy issues and thought I would go back to see them. WRONG choice. The staff appear robotic. I overheard a staff member state they worked in a Nazi like envoirnment due to the management overhaul. Upon questioning family a friends who have remained in town the past 5 years and USED TO be patients there, there was a HUGE staff turn around last year. And NOT for the betterment of the clinic. Its too bad one BAD APPLE can bring down a once reputable medical clinic. I will not ever return nor will I recommend anyone seek treatment there!!"
