"I've been here three times in the past week and all three times were terrible. Each time I've been here I've been told something different. I just felt like they stuck me away in a corner and left me there. Even when I was dealing with the side effects from epinephrine I felt like I was left alone while they waited for me to be good to leave. The communication and the bedside manner was terrible. I understand that they were dealing with their own issues but at least communicate and pay attention to patients. A random man walked past my room and shouted at me, "hey are you okay in there? Do you need help?" I got more attention from a random man than the actual caregivers. They also took blood and left it on the counter for hours and when we asked what they were going to do with it they said, "oh that's just extra blood just in case we need it." I called the next day and found out they never even did any bloodwork. They just took my blood and tossed in onto a counter. I bet they charged me for it too. This place is a joke and I wouldn't trust going there if I had anaphylaxis again. I would probably die waiting to be seen."

"Very unimpressed with their practice of hiring all their ER doctors through an outside source which means multiple bills from different groups. As if ER visits weren't stressful and bills weren't expensive they create more bills, more confusion, and seemingly have zero influence over how the 3rd party group they use overcharges people. Just a sad, distasteful, and terrible system considering the group they hire their ER doctors from lacks tact and compassion and perpetuates the arrogant doctor trope by being quite arrogant and shameless in their communications (not to mention extremely difficult to get a hold of due to nearly no communication methods listed on their bills). What a sham"

"Every time I've needed care Bryan West does an excellent job. I've had to use the ER 6 times in the past two years. They always take my symptoms and treatment seriously. This last occasion was for vomiting and abdominal pain. They could have sent me home with a referral to GI and some pain medication, but instead they admitted me, did extensive testing, diagnosed the problem, managed the pain and got me in for surgery immediately. The doctor's, nurses, and support staff have made sure I am well cared for pre and post-op. I tell everyone there how nice they are because it's the truth and they deserve to hear it. Thank you to the ER, Neurology, Gastroenterology, and my PCP for for not giving up. I appreciate knowing that If I have to be seen that I will leave in better health."

"I had level 10 pain. As soon as I came in, I was tended to immediately. I was seen by an amazing nurse named Theresa Brodeur who was able to fix my issue quickly and professionally. I felt heard when I was telling her what was wrong with me. She was very kind, along with a few other nurses there as well. For example, Courtney A., she asked my 6 year old if she wanted something to snack on while she waits. Which made this a Positive experience for my daughter to remember ;And didn't have a problem showing her to the bathroom as well. Courtney even got a big hug from my daughter before we left. I had extreme anxiety before arrival, but now having this experience, I won't be in the future. Thank you very much"
