"They takes weeks to answer questions or simple requests on the app messaging system. My Dr. Is great but the people running the app and site are not. I'm very disappointed as they boast fast response time, 24hr insurance approval (took almost 2 weeks) it took them almost 2 months to reply to a message I sent when I first enrolled. And now takes atleast 2 weeks to get a response and even if I reply immediately to their response it can still take several days to respond to me.i can't believe the level of unprofessionalism and disregard especially for this being a "medical" provider.
