"The intake nurse was really unpleasant. She yanked on the blood pressure cuff so hard that it pinched and bruised my arm. She mumbled and spoke quietly so I couldn't catch much of what she said then acted annoyed when I asked her what she had said. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. I left before I saw the doctor because I lost my confidence in the quality of care they could provide, they were also late for my appointment but that happens."
