She is rude, unprofessional, and does not listen to a word you have to say. Talks right over you. Your billing problem is not her problem. It's the most unbelievable experience I've ever had with any doctor's office. Nicole -- you're probably in the wrong line of work. In any any event, you are doing a real disservice to your employer and the population it services."
