"I went in with a sore throat 30 minutes before closing time and they acted annoyed and almost refused to see me. I wanted a rapid strep test and the receptionist was mean to me and spoke to me mockingly. The doctor was just as rude and acted like it was a hassle to treat me. I'm never going back and will warn all my friends."
"I was just there for an urgent skin thing, and I think they are very professional and accommodating and reassuring. The place is clean and the ambience is relaxing. I found the negative reviews afterwards and I don't get them. I mean the doctor knows what she is doing. Granted she is efficient but doctors who spend an hour hearing out a patient charge many times more. You guys want the red carpet treatment and a cocktail with a miniature umbrella for $70! Grow up."
"very unprofessional!! as a person who never goes to the doctor, when i do go, i expect to be examined and listened to. apparently at this place they only want to do that if you have insurance-- even after you tell them you have no problem paying cash that day (which i like to add is an stated acceptable form of payment). the doctor breezed in and only wanted to know if i had strep throat. she didn't look at my file or ask me anything else! well i told her i did not have strep throat-- she didn't want to hear anything beyond that. she said i was fine and should just go home and take vitamins. then she told me she'd be happy to take my $70 to listen to my other "complaints" but she was just going to tell me the same thing. unbelievable! i had to go to another emergency clinic who diagnosed a nasty sinus infection and double ear infections. like i said while i was there, thanks a lot! also-- i don't care if you respond to this post and deny the whole thing-- you can bet on me telling everyone i know not to come here - insured or not! very disappointed!!"
"We were visiting relatives in NM and my step-daughter had been doing a lot of swimming, which lead to ear infections. We tried to treat them ourselves, but she didn't feel any better. My cousin swears by STATMed so my husband and cousin took her there. My husband said the care and attention my step-daughter received was excellent. The Dr. was great and no nonsense but great with a 9 year old. We got the meds we needed along with instructions and my step-daughter is on the road to recovery. Thank you from Colorado visitors."
