"Visited this casey's as a somewhat regular customer today. I've been there three times in the past week specifically and not had to show my ID when purchasing liqour. Then i lose my ID and all of a sudden nobody remembers me there (I've been going into this caseys for almost 2 years). I get doing your due diligence, but if you're going to have an ID policy at least enforce it. I will not be going back to thus caseys"

"Always get my gas here. Spend between $150 -$200/week on gas. (Goes with the job I chose) but now they decide to put a hold of $150 when you pay at the pump. Christ if my car held that much gas I'd be in heaven for not having to deal with sum of the goons that wrk there. Seriously!!?? $150!!?? Another caseys less than a mile away holds one dollar. So caseys on Q st in millard...what makes u think you are so special? Hate to burst your bubble..you're not special at all. I won't be getting gas at this location anymore. You don't get the privilege of jacking up my bank when I have other bills coming out. Pretty ballsy I think..to mess with someone's account like that. My bank shut my card off due to this. Apparently caseys is notorious for fraud. Bank was protecting my account."

"July 24th: This is the most worthless Casey's I've ever visited. As I walked in here there was only one line while two other employees were chit-chatting by the counter. After standing there for about a minute one of the ladies decided to start helping people. When I tried paying it wouldn't accept my credit card. The lady told me I needed to enter my phone number. I told her I didn't want to. She literally said "Well just enter it so we can get past the screen". I snapped 'I'm not entering my phone number!' She asked someone for help. They kept tapping the screen, like no joke 20 times or so. Keep in mind I have no reason to exaggerate, it was about 20 times of rapid tapping. It look like a child playing with a toy. I asked the guy standing there if he could ring me up instead abut he said his customer left his money in the car. There were other people waiting. This place is a JOKE. I left without my breakfast and I was still charged $2.19, fully posted on my credit card, which was the price of a milk I was trying to buy."

"The employees are the best. Always courteous, polite and helpful. And that bbq brisket pizza is probably the best pizza I’ve ever had."
