"My boyfriend and I picked a trailer up from this location for a 825 mile move. The man who helped up hitch the trailer told us that all the brake lights worked. When we got the trailer home, we noticed that the cord for the right brake light is just dangling, dragging on the ground and has very obviously not been connected for a long time. We don’t really appreciate the employees lying to our faces that all the brake lights work."

"Larry is a straight shooter with a customer-first attitude. I rented a trailer through u-haul corporate and was assigned a pickup at Doc's Auto. I was initially annoyed with U-haul because I expected to pick up at a different location, but that's not Doc's fault. Larry was clear about the terms and timeframe for the contract and promptly helped me hook up the trailer and get on the road. Great experience and I will keep him in mid if my vehicle ever needs body work."
