"I bought a pound of Brisket Saturday for take out. Got home to enjoy but it was the worst Brisket I’ve ever had. It was not smoked but cooked in the oven. Had no flavor at all! I’ve had some in the past that was good. For $25 a pound it was bad!"

"Today was take out. A coworker and I were talking BBQ earlier this week. We both talked about how impressed we are with Parker Smokehouse-Lincoln. They stopped in yesterday and bragged at work about their order, so here I am today. Tender, smokey, and flavorful. Satisfied my need for BBQ. Special thanks to Zac, who took my phone order. Loved that he asked for clarification to make sure I was getting the food the way I like and for repeating the order back to me to confirm everything was just right. Update - 11-3-23 - Date night with wife. Food top notch again. I asked my server, Jake, if they had cherry Pepsi. He said no, but, he could add grenadine to the Pepsi. Yes, please. Let me say, it was better than cherry Pepsi from the bottle. Excellent job, Jake!"
"You CANNOT come to this part of the country without trying some St Louis or KC style BBQ and this place lived up 100% to my expectations! "BBQ with soul" about covers it. I got the St Louis ribs which were cooked to perfection. I got them dry so I could play with the sauces which are also delicious. Steak fries also perfectly crispy. Even the cole slaw was amazing! Try this place! I can't recommend it enough! Also, Celeste was an amazing server!"
