"Ordered online hours before I needed the food. Arrived about 5 minutes after my pickup time, watched them bag and set out two other orders (for people who were not there waiting I didn't arrive while I was waiting), and was asked several times for my name before my food was finally done 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time. It was frustrating."
