"This location is not well managed. I ordered online and arrived after it said my food would be done and I still waited for ten minutes. There were eight other people sitting around waiting for orders. When I did get my food, I went home and realized half of it was missing. Tried to call and waited on hold for 15 minutes and still never talked to anyone. Drove back and my missing food had been on the shelf the whole time. They just forgot to give it to me. It had been sitting there a good 40 minutes so I requested fresh food and waited another 15 minutes for that. I saw another family come in and leave after awhile because no one even acknowledged they were there. Food tasted good when I finally got it but this branch desperately needs a good kitchen manager."

"The food has been good in the past, but man was the place dirty. The folks working in the kitchen had their hair down and hanging over the food; they touched their faces/noses/clothes while working with the food. They weren’t busy, so I don’t understand why they weren’t taking more care. I didn’t see one pair of gloves when handling food. The restaurant itself was dirty, too, with crusted sauces and soda syrup on tables and counter tops. The whole place smelled like something had gone bad in the back. The food has been good in the past, like I said, but my appetite was shot from being inside the restaurant."

"Honestly Terrible service. Our company put in an almost $100 dollar order and they forgot ALL the ranches and 2 of the fries. When I tried to call to see if we could pick up the part of our order that was left, we were placed on hold for over 45 minutes. I eventually hung up, but I have no doubt no one was answering that phone anytime soon! If I could leave 0 stars I would! Go to one of the other locations because this one is not it!"

"Not much went well initially. Order was ready when i got there. Upon checking the accuracy of the order, i discovered about half of it missing. The manager set out to get the rest of it going immediately. Said she would take that portion of the order off the bill. It was taking a rather long time to complete it. 20 minutes went by before it was ready. I think my order was forgotten about. After checking rest of the order, the fries were missing. The did get those to me right away. The manager then proceeds to tell me that this order is no charge. What turned from a disaster to a happy customer. Hard to argue with free food! This manager knows how to take care of an angry customer. Giving 5 stars because of this. One other request. Please make fries more well done."

"The food was super salty. Fries were like limp potatoes I’m not sure if that’s how this brand does things but I like a little crisp to my fries. The wings looked like sauce was just poured on top. Again I’m not sure if that how they do things but presentation was not good. The ranch was amazing!! It makes up for the 26 minute wait to get a 6 pc combo meal!"
